I have never had an ISP more on the ball. This is the kind of service level all companies should strive to achieve. I have known this company for over 10 years. Been to their offices in JHB and Knysna. So I have seen the backend backbone right to the front end service. Friendly, efficient, reliable and always informative to what is happening in the area. SA is unique with cable theft, load shedding, tower batteries being stolen etc etc, somehow KnysnaON guys find a way to get things ON as quick as possible.
